By using ConvertHub ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the Service
ConvertHub provides browser-based file conversion tools. You may use the Service for lawful personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to convert any files you process.
2. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that every conversion will be perfect, that output will match the original exactly, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always keep a copy of your original files.
3. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvertHub and its contributors are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Because conversions run on your own device, you retain full control and responsibility for your files.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to process content that is illegal or that you do not have the right to use.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or overload the Service.
- Do not use the Service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
5. Intellectual property
The ConvertHub name, interface and original code are the property of their respective owners. Open-source components remain under their own licenses. You retain all rights to the files you convert — we claim no ownership over your content.
6. Third-party components
The Service incorporates open-source software (including FFmpeg.wasm, pdf-lib, pdf.js and JSZip) provided under their respective licenses. Your use of those components is subject to those licenses.
7. Paid plans
Any paid features described on the Pricing page are optional. Billing terms, refunds and cancellation policies for paid plans, where offered, will be presented at the point of purchase.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
